This is a letter to recommend the services of Kape Roofing. I live in Golden in the foothills of Lookout Mountain, a location which anyone who has been in this area for awhile knows is notorious for wind damage and very tough on roofs. After a series of wind and hail storms I contacted my insurance company to get an estimate on repairs and they duly came to do the inspection. I passed the papers on to Michael at Kape and we began to discuss a choice for the replacement roofing. In reviewing the insurance paperwork Michael noted that the recommendation was for a replacement, the quality of which was far below what he would have suggested. He then went to the Golden City offices to verify the code for Golden and to get permission to install a more sturdy and higher-quality product.
The installation process went as planned - they were professional, timely, cost-effective and efficient.
As a result I have an attractive new roof which should withstand the upcoming winters and severe weather thanks to their help and good work.

As you can tell from my list all the issues from the outset and during the installation and afterwards were handled to my highest expectations and standards. The owner of the business and his highest-ranking personnel followed the project with constant feedback and progress on a daily basis. We some weather issues, which they anticipated and which caused no problems or areas of concern. The difficult job of finding tiles of my specifications was expertly handled with tremendous patience. After the installation was completed other contractors broke some tiles. They were repaired instantly and at no additional charge. I receive regular comments on the aesthetics and beauty of the roof, which is a much appreciated added dimension to a practical problem. Kape is a fine, reputable and professional roofing company that I would give my highest recommendation. I would be happy to be a reference at any time.

Excellent job! The roof was in very poor condition. Chuck gave us a great price with excellent results. Chuck reshaped my flat roof so I would not have any pools of water (the roof will drain properly) when I had an air conditioner man on my roof he said he was a roofer for 25 years before and said it was a fantastic job.
